Michaela holds love and appreciation for old Maine homes with their original workmanship and unique characteristics, flaws and niches. She holds her Green Designation from the National Associations of Realtors, which allows her the expertise in providing advice and sources of information to help homeowners improve the performance of their homes— while also helping to create a more sustainable, healthy world.

Michaela is actively involved with Portland’s Friends of Allen’s Corner; and is a member with the Foreside Garden Club. Originally from Western Massachusetts, Michaela is a life long New Englander with a great love of the outdoors. She is all about micro-communities, Greater Portland’s foodie scene and supporting local businesses.

In her free time, you can find her working on continuous DIY projects, in her garden, behind a pottery wheel, or exploring different trails with her husband, Jeff, and two Australian Shepard pups, Mae and Lola.
